ZHUHAI HUIHUA PUBLIC PRPE RACK INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CO., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the company) was established at the end of December 2014, for the ZHUHAI HUIHUA HOLDINGS GROUP CO., LTD., a wholly owned subsidiary, is a state-owned enterprises belongs to Gaolan port economic zone with registered capital of 1.63 billion yuan and total assets of about 1.1 billion yuan. The main business of the company is to invest in the construction, management and operation of the Public Pipe Corridor, providing  high-quality park public pipe corridor services for customers.

        Public Pipe Rack has been built about 24 km in length, connected in Gaolan port storage area and petrochemical area, has 15 service user enterprise, combined pipe laying 135, total length of 460 km. Building Gaolan port economic zone oil, gas, chemical pipeline transport network is to provide customers with safe and fast logistics system, and give full play to the role of sharing public resource in the park as a bridge.

        In accordance with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and policies, the security management of Public Pipe Rack has formed a new situation that is jointly managed by three parties: government department supervision, regional management of ZHUHAI HUIHUA PUBLIC PRPE RACK INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CO., LTD and main management of pipeline users, and has set up a Public Pipe Rack “1+1+1” safety management guarantee system. Not only passed ISO9001 and OHSAS18001 certification, and compiled Guangdong provincial local standard of “Service Specification for Operating Enterprises in PUBLIC PIPE RACK of Chemical Industrial Park”, but also was awarded as “Excellent Service Provider of Chemical Industrial Park of China in 2018”.

        Under the background of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong kong-Macao Greater Bay Area new economy, our company has continuously created a new era and development.
